KOLKATA, 1 FEB: Trinamul Congress secretary general Partha Chatterjee today said that except BJP, he invited Mr Biman Bose, Sukendu Paniigrahi from CPIM, Pradeep Bhattacharjee from Congress and other state presidents from CPI, RDP and Forward Bloc as observer but all of them declined to be present tomorrow at Netaji Indoor stadium as observers.
All MPs, MLAs, Trinamul frontal organisations’ chiefs, zilla shabhadipatis, district presidents will be present tomorrow as voters, except Sudip Bandopadhyay, Saugata Roy and Jawhar Sircar as Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are in session.
He said the election of chairman and state president will take place tomorrow.
He admitted that Saugata Roy today moved a motion to the Speaker of Lok Sabha to withdraw the present Governor Jagdeep Dhankar from West Bengal.
