KOLKATA, 3 MAR: Trinamul Congress chairperson Mamata Banerjee today lashed out at the Yogi Adityanath government and gave a clarion call to oust the BJP government from UP.
She said, “If you can oust Yogi government from UP in 2024, you can oust BJP government from Centre.”
She said they blocked her convey from airport to hotel, attacked her car shouting ‘go back’ slogan and showing black flag, Miss Banerjee said, “I’m a street fighter and you cannot cowed me down by showing any brutal forces. During the Left Front regime in Bengal, I was attacked many times by them but I am sure the BJP is losing ground in UP.”
She urged people to vote for Akhilesh Yadav as he is the son of the soil and his allies to oust from UP. Miss Banerjee also said if Akhilesh and his allies come to power, he will take many social schemes for the people of UP
Miss Banerjee lashed both at Centre and Yogi Adityanath who promised “Achhe din” before election but really brought “bure din” both in UP and in India.
The chief minister Mamata Banerjee lashed out at the centre for making inordinate delay in bringing back the standard students from the war hit Ukraine. She said, “I must say it is a gross negligence on the part of the centre as they acted very slowly though they were aware of the war like situation and failed to bring back stranded Indians from Ukrane.
She said her government has already forwarded the list of 200 students who were stuck in Ukrane from Bengal and once they reached Delhi and Mumbai, her government will provide transportation cost to make the students reach home safely.
Without naming the Prime Minister Miss Banerjee said it’s Centre’s responsibility to bring back stranded students but they are more concerned with election campaign.
She also lashed out at the Yogi government for throwing Covid patient dead bodies in the Ganges.
